What moves a wedding budget up or down
Two 300-guest weddings in the same city can differ by a factor of three. These decisions move the number.
Guests, and how many stay over

Most charge a flat fee from ₹1.5 to 3 lakh, or 10 to 15 percent of the budget. Full-service premium weddings run ₹3 to 15 lakh, luxury weddings ₹5 to 20 lakh and above. We quote a fixed, itemised fee.
Yes. We negotiate room blocks at 20+ partner hotels and venues, match the rooming list to live RSVP data, arrange early check-ins and place welcome hampers before guests arrive. Outstation and NRI guests get pickups and a named hospitality contact.
Six to twelve months for full planning, earlier for October to March dates when venues and hotels fill fastest. Partial support such as guest management, transport or décor works at two to four months. Destination weddings need eight to twelve months.
