A cab vendor sells you kilometres. We run event transportation as one thread of the guest experience: the team that knows who lands when, who sleeps where and who must reach the mandap before the muhurtham.
Take the full movement plan, or a single airport transfer. Every vehicle is chauffeur-driven and dispatched by our own coordinators.
Airport runs and family shuttles: seven seats, real luggage space, steady on the long drive in.
A lounge on wheels: captain seats, quiet cabin, easy step-in. Elders and the bridal family.
Not transport, the entrance. The couple, chief guests and dignitaries, timed to the photographer.
Hotel loops and ceremony convoys for groups, so nobody waits in the sun.
Aggregators optimise for trips. We optimise for guests, from the same list that drives your RSVPs, rooming lists and hospitality desk.
| Moment | Cab vendor | With PlanItBetter |
|---|---|---|
| Allotments | A list of driver numbers. | Each guest knows their car, chauffeur and pickup time before they travel. |
| The airport | A driver circling the terminal. | A coordinator with a name board at the correct exit, car staged before landing. |
| A delay | Your phone rings. | Dispatch holds the wave, re-times the loop and tells the venue. |
| The brief | A pickup address. | Names, function, route, gate, dress code and who to call. |
| The vehicle | Whatever is free. | Elders in Vellfires, families in Crystas, groups in coaches. |
| The bill | Per kilometre, per car. | One itemised transport line per day of movement. |
The arrivals gate is the first moment of your event, and the first thing an outstation guest describes to your family.
Flights, terminals and traveller counts locked to the rooming list; every guest told their car and coordinator.
Dispatch watches live arrival times, so delays and missed connections are absorbed before a car sets off.
A coordinator with a name board at the correct exit, walking guests to a chauffeur already waiting.
Water in the car, the hotel told the arrival is inbound, keys and hamper ready at the porch.
Return drops scheduled against checkout and boarding times, with a buffer for morning traffic.
Send dates, venues and guest count; a day-by-day allotment comes back within 48 hours.
The same 300-guest wedding can sit at either end of its range. We ask about all six on the first call.
Sixty guests landing in one evening need far more cars at once than sixty over two days.
One property is one loop. Three properties means three pickup points per wave.
A haldi ending as the sangeet setup begins needs two fleets briefly running in parallel.
Gate width and turning room decide whether a 45-seat coach is usable at all.
A reception past midnight usually needs a fresh crew for the drops.
Elders, guests with limited mobility and trousseau luggage need seats a headcount does not show.
Guests judge the event by the person who opens the door. The brief is written, not shouted down a phone at 6am.
The same brief goes to the hospitality team at your lobby and porch, so the person handing over a key and the person holding the car door read one document.
More than satisfied with your logistics service. The whole team was polite, friendly and welcoming.

The same movement playbook runs our corporate programmes: delegate transfers, offsite convoys and conference shuttles.
Plan one car per three to four outstation guests for airport transfers, plus shuttles or coaches for hotel-to-venue movement. A 300-guest wedding with 100 outstation guests typically needs 15 to 25 vehicles. We build the exact allotment from RSVP data.
Innova Crysta and premium sedans for general guest movement, Toyota Vellfire and Mercedes-Maybach for VIPs and the couple, tempo travellers and coaches for groups. Every vehicle is chauffeur-driven, with our coordinators managing allotments, timing and live tracking.
Yes. We track arrivals live, station coordinators with name boards at the right terminal exit, absorb delays and reschedules, and drop guests to their hotels. Departure drops are scheduled against the rooming list so nobody is stranded.
Four to eight weeks ahead for most events; two to three months for October to March weddings and year-end corporate dates. Maybach and Vellfire availability is limited, so reserve them as soon as your dates are fixed.
Yes. Bengaluru is our hub; for weddings and corporate programmes elsewhere in India our coordination leads travel with you, and we brief and run the local fleet against the same movement sheet. Guests keep one point of contact.
Share your dates, venues and guest count. Our team sends a vehicle allotment plan and an itemised transport quote, typically within 48 hours.
Our team replies within a day; a named lead owns your event.
